Study on the pressure fluctuation characteristics of the high-pressure common rail system with a distributor

Abstract In allusion to the problem of common rail pressure fluctuation when high-pressure system (CRS) using double rails, a numerical simulation model V-type 8-cylinder engine CRS was established by AMESim software, and suppression with without distributor studied. The optimum structure dimension length 100 mm inner diameter 9 obtained uniform design method. Then surge characteristics researched. research results showed that installation cut down amplitude oscillation more than 62.28%. Therefore, designed can effectively suppress improve stability.
